Delivery areas and timesمناطق التوصيل ومواعيده
We deliver across the Sultanate of Oman and to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait.
- Muscat: 1 to 2 working days; express same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 pm.
- Rest of Oman: 2 to 4 working days.
- GCC: 5 to 7 working days.
Working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
نوصّل إلى جميع أنحاء سلطنة عُمان وإلى الإمارات والسعودية وقطر والبحرين والكويت.
- مسقط: يوم إلى يومي عمل، مع توصيل سريع في نفس اليوم للطلبات قبل الساعة 2 ظهراً.
- باقي عُمان: من 2 إلى 4 أيام عمل.
- دول الخليج: من 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل.
أيام العمل من الأحد إلى الخميس، باستثناء العطل الرسمية.
Delivery feesرسوم التوصيل
Standard delivery in Oman is complimentary on orders above OMR 25 and OMR 2 below that. Express Muscat delivery is OMR 3. GCC delivery is OMR 8. All fees are shown before you place your order.
التوصيل العادي داخل عُمان مجاني للطلبات فوق 25 ر.ع، و2 ر.ع للطلبات الأقل. التوصيل السريع في مسقط 3 ر.ع، والتوصيل إلى دول الخليج 8 ر.ع. تظهر جميع الرسوم قبل تأكيد الطلب.
Order updatesمتابعة الطلب
You will receive confirmation by WhatsApp and email, followed by a message from our courier on the day of delivery.
ستصلك رسالة تأكيد عبر واتساب والبريد الإلكتروني، ثم رسالة من شركة التوصيل في يوم التسليم.
Returnsالإرجاع
For hygiene reasons, we accept returns of unopened fragrances in their original cellophane within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number.
لأسباب صحية، نقبل إرجاع العطور غير المفتوحة بغلافها الأصلي خلال 14 يوماً من التوصيل. لبدء الإرجاع، تواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني مع رقم الطلب.
Damaged or incorrect itemsالمنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
إذا وصل طلبك تالفاً أو غير صحيح، أرسل لنا صورة خلال 48 ساعة من التوصيل وسنستبدله دون أي تكلفة.
Refundsاسترداد المبلغ
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
تُعاد المبالغ المعتمدة إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7 إلى 10 أيام عمل. وتُعاد مبالغ طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام بتحويل بنكي.
