How do I place an order?
Add your fragrances to the bag and check out with your delivery details, or send us your selection on WhatsApp and an advisor will complete the order with you.

أضف العطور إلى الحقيبة وأكمل الطلب ببيانات التوصيل، أو أرسل اختيارك عبر واتساب وسيُكمل أحد مستشارينا الطلب معك.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it is dispatched. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible.
هل يمكنني تعديل طلبي أو إلغاؤه؟
نعم، قبل شحنه. تواصل معنا عبر واتساب برقم الطلب في أقرب وقت.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order can be gift wrapped in the Kolmaz box with a ribbon and a handwritten card, free of charge. Select it in your bag.

How long does delivery take?
Muscat: 1 to 2 working days, with same-day express for orders before 2 pm. Rest of Oman: 2 to 4 working days. GCC: 5 to 7 working days.
كم يستغرق التوصيل؟
مسقط: يوم إلى يومي عمل، مع توصيل سريع في نفس اليوم للطلبات قبل الساعة 2 ظهراً. باقي عُمان: من 2 إلى 4 أيام عمل. دول الخليج: من 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery in Oman is complimentary on orders above OMR 25. Below that, standard delivery is OMR 2. Express Muscat and GCC rates are shown at checkout.
كم تكلفة التوصيل؟
التوصيل داخل عُمان مجاني للطلبات فوق 25 ر.ع. وللطلبات الأقل تبلغ رسوم التوصيل العادي 2 ر.ع. تظهر أسعار التوصيل السريع في مسقط والتوصيل الخليجي عند إتمام الطلب.
Do you deliver outside Oman?
Yes, we deliver to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait. You can browse in your local currency; payment is taken in OMR.
هل توصلون خارج عُمان؟
نعم، نوصّل إلى الإمارات والسعودية وقطر والبحرين والكويت. يمكنك التصفح بعملتك المحلية، ويتم الدفع بالريال العُماني.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery (cash or card on arrival), and debit or credit cards online. You can also confirm your order on WhatsApp.

الدفع عند الاستلام (نقداً أو بالبطاقة عند الوصول)، وبطاقات الخصم والائتمان عبر الإنترنت. ويمكنك أيضاً تأكيد طلبك عبر واتساب.
Why are prices shown in other currencies?
For convenience, you can view prices in USD, SAR, QAR or BHD. These are indicative conversions; your order is charged in Omani rials.
لماذا تظهر الأسعار بعملات أخرى؟
للتسهيل، يمكنك عرض الأسعار بالدولار أو الريال السعودي أو القطري أو الدينار البحريني. هذه تحويلات تقريبية، ويتم احتساب طلبك بالريال العُماني.

Every bottle is sealed and sold directly by Kolmaz Paris and its authorised partners.

How long does a fragrance last on skin?
Our parfums and extraits typically last 8 to 10 hours, eaux de parfum 6 to 8, depending on skin and climate. See our guide to making perfume last longer.
كم يدوم العطر على البشرة؟
تدوم البارفانات والإكستريه عادة من 8 إلى 10 ساعات، وعطور أو دو بارفان من 6 إلى 8 ساعات، بحسب البشرة والمناخ. اقرأ دليلنا لإطالة ثبات العطر.
How should I store my perfume?
Away from sunlight, heat and humidity, ideally in its box in a cool drawer.

Can I return a fragrance?
Unopened fragrances in their original seal can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See Shipping & Returns.
هل يمكنني إرجاع عطر؟
يمكن إرجاع العطور غير المفتوحة بختمها الأصلي خلال 14 يوماً من التوصيل. اطّلع على الشحن والإرجاع.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
